This was a DG shipment of a UK customer shipped from India with final destination Portugal. As required by the customer, we organised the sea shipment from India to Rotterdam, Netherlands where, after completing the customs clearance, the shipment was taken to our warehouse and the entire shipment de-palletised.
As per the purchase order of the customer, we then picked and packed the items into new cartons and labelled them with the customer’s brand name. The new cartons were then palletised onto Euro pallets and trucked from Rotterdam to Portugal on a DG carriage for door delivery.
