This was an aerospace welding machine shipment to be sent from Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, UK to Queretaro Arteaga, Mexico. The weight of the machine was 6,870 kg. The customer required crating, customs clearance at Mexico and door delivery to Queretaro Arteaga.
Our highly experienced in-house crating team did a survey of the machine and decided to do on-site crating to save cost for the shipper. The large, expensive machine was professionally crated on site using the latest packing methods and technology to ensure that it reached its destination without any damage.
The crated shipment was then loaded on to a 20-foot container and trucked to Southampton port from Buckinghamshire. The shipment was discharged at the New ICAVE Terminal Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico and customs cleared without any delay. It was then transported on rail and discharged at Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. The shipment was then loaded on to truck to be finally delivered to the door of the importer facility in Queretaro.
The expensive shipment was delivered without any delay and with no damage.
